Spring cable drums of BK series

Spring cable drum is designed for automatic winding – unwinding of cable with indicated force driven by drive springs at moving of power consumer (electromagnet, grabs) up and down from power supply.
Case is made of sheet steel and has protective degree — IP54 per GOST14254-80. Maximal cable length varies from 20 till 40 meters depending on model type of cable drum. Maximal current of slip ring is 63–160 A depending on drum series. Unwinding force is developed by balance springs, specified life of which makes 25000 cycles. Arresting stop services for control of unwinding force.
Convenient location of output cables allows customer to perform connection of cable with drum by himself. Firm welded bracket is meant for safe installation of cable drum on lifting equipment.
Set of spare parts includes 2 drive springs, which replacement doesn’t make any difficulty for customer’s
maintenance service.
